How does monitoring work?
We send an HTTP request to your site every 30–300 seconds (depending on your plan). If we don't get a healthy response, we immediately alert you via email. We also track response time and SSL certificate status on every check.
Can my clients see the status page?
Yes! Each monitor can have a public status page. On Pro and Agency plans, you can fully brand it with your logo, colors, and custom domain so it looks like part of your own service.
What happens when a site goes down?
You get an instant email notification with details about the error. When the site recovers, you get another notification with the total downtime duration. Your clients can also be notified if you enable it.
Can I use my own branding?
Absolutely. Pro and Agency plans include white-label status pages with your logo, brand colors, and optional custom domain. Your clients will never see the SiteWatch name.
Is there an API?
Yes. The Agency plan includes full REST API access so you can integrate monitoring data into your own dashboards, tools, or client portals.
